The dishes consumed are as follows:
-Pork Belly with creamy mash, seared scallops, finished with an apple mousse and cider reduction
-Marinated olives with capers, chilli, garlic and sage
-Burrata with prosciutto, pachinko semi dried cherry tomatoes, rocket and balsamic reduction
-Chicken Orecchiette with roasted capsicum, mushrooms, finished with a presto cream and rocket

If you ask me what my favourite dish was, it would be that pork belly! A real generous serving on what was some of the creamiest mash I’ve had! Although the crackle on the belly could have been a bit more crunchy, the pork itself was bloody tasty!
